Elliot is an associate in the international arbitration group based in Washington, DC.
Elliot’s practice focuses on international commercial and investor-state arbitration in Latin America. Prior to joining the Washington, DC office, Elliot was a member of the firm’s international arbitration team in Paris. Before joining Freshfields, he practiced in the commercial litigation teams of international law firms in London and Melbourne, and was a faculty member at Melbourne Law School.
Elliot is admitted to legal practice in Victoria, Australia, and as a Special Legal Consultant in the District of Columbia. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
