Her experience includes advising:

• a major international bank investor on multiple acquisitions and corporate restructurings of investment assets across jursidctions;
• FountainVest, Warburg Pincus (and their portfolio companies) and other international and regional sponsors, private equity funds on various financings, including corporate loans and acquisition financings;
• international banks on a range of bilateral and syndicated loan financings to private equity funds and limited partnership funds;
• Geely on financings related to its $3.3bn acquisition of a 14.9% stake in AB Volvo, the listed Swedish truck and bus maker; and
• the Strategic Investment Group at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong, on client secondment.
