About Moritz Lehmann

Admitted to the German bar, Moritz is an associate in our tax practice. He focuses on the German and international taxation of businesses.

Moritz regularly advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of corporate taxation, including reorganisations, restructurings and M&A transactions, as well as in the context of tax audits. Prior to joining Freshfields in 2020, he gained experience in corporate and tax law during his traineeship at another major business law firm and at our Munich office. He was recently seconded to our Paris office.

In addition to his native German, Moritz is fluent in English and French.
