Roberta is associate in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade group in Rome.
Her practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law as well as on foreign investment control regulations.
Her experience covers foreign investment control proceedings and national and EU proceedings related to cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control and unfair commercial practices across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, pharmaceutical, banking, manufacturing and retail. She also gained experience in antitrust litigations, audits and compliance programs for multinational companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Roberta practiced in the International, EU and Competition law department of a leading Italian law firm.
Roberta speaks Italian and English and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
