Stephan is a member of our global transactions group. He advises clients primarily on domestic and international M&A transactions as well as general corporate and capital markets law matters.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Stephan worked for a national law firm specialising in corporate and real estate matters.
He speaks German, English and Italian.
Qualifications
- Legal education at the University of Münster (1st State Exam)
- Legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf (2nd State Exam)
- Admitted to the German Bar
