Kristin advises clients on all areas of individual and collective employment law, with a special focus on employment restructurings and transactions, in particular for corporate clients and private equity sponsors.
In addition, she regularly represents clients in employment law-related disputes and is very experienced in the field of employee data protection. Kristin works in our offices in Hamburg and Düsseldorf and did a secondment in our London office in 2020.
Kristin is currently advising many of our clients in dealing with the HR related consequences of the COVID-19 crisis, e.g. implementing measures to protect the workforce, but also to reduce labour costs during the crises.
Kristin speaks German and English.
