Marta is a principal associate in our Brussels antitrust, competition and trade group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of EU competition law, FDI and FSR.

Marta's experience covers complex merger control matters, abuse of dominance cases and appeals before the EU courts, covering a range of industries, including e.g.,  telecommunications, shipping, life sciences and real estate. Marta also extensively works for private equity clients and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Marta worked as an associate at another international law firm in Brussels. Prior to private practice, Marta completed a traineeship at the cartels unit of the Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP).

Marta is a lawyer qualified in Paris and New York. Apart from native Polish, she speaks English, French and Spanish.
