About Philippe Huntziger
Avocat à la Cour, Philippe has in-depth expertise in restructuring and insolvency.
He advises directors, shareholders and creditors in special situations, including amicable proceedings, such as mandat ad hoc and conciliation, as well as formal insolvency proceedings (sauvegarde, redressement judiciaire and liquidation judiciaire).
He also provides assistance to investors engaged in distressed acquisitions.
In addition to this pratice, Philippe has extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2023, he worked at leading law firms, notably Paul Hastings for three years.
