Lily advises clients on public and private M&A transactions and equity capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.

Lily trained at Freshfields, and was previously seconded to the firm's New York office.

Lily is fluent in Farsi and proficient in French and Spanish.
