About Melda Güvercin
Melda is an associate in our Amsterdam office and a member of the Financial Regulatory team. She assists on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters, including advising on the impact of regulatory change (in relation to MiFID/MiFIR, IFD/IFR, CRD/CRR, AIFMD, PSD II and AMLD) and the regulatory aspects of complex transactions such as high-profile M&A and IPOs. She also assists in dealing with the Dutch financial regulators on various supervisory matters, including applications for authorisations, exemptions and fitness and propriety reviews.
Qualifications
Melda studied Dutch law at Leiden University and graduated from Leiden University in Corporate Law.
