She has advised public and private sector clients on a wide range of major domestic and international projects and disputes across a variety of sectors, including nuclear, transport, infrastructure, healthcare and defence.

Acting for EnergySolutions in their successful claim against the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority relating to the contracts to decommission 12 nuclear-licenced sites. This is the largest UK public procurement challenge to date and raised significant issues of public interest.
Advising the UK Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in relation to the procurement, construction and financing of the 22km Thames Tideway Tunnel.
Advising the UK Department for Transport on: the sale of the UK government’s 40 per cent stake in Eurostar International; the public procurement law aspects of the £2bn Thameslink rolling stock project; and the Intercity Express programme, one of the UK’s most ambitious and complex PFI/PPP projects to date.
Acting for Siemens in proceedings against Alstom Transport in connection with an order of high-speed trains for the Channel Tunnel by Eurostar International.
Advising an African government in relation to arbitration proceedings relating to a large public procurement competition relating a large multijurisdictional infrastructure project.
