- Advising various German and international issuers of senior bonds, including Continental AG, HOCHTIEF AG, Infineon Technologies AG, TRATON SE and ZF Friedrichshafen AG, on the establishment and updates of debt-issuance programmes and draw-downs under such programmes.
- Advising the transaction parties on the establishment and update of STEP-eligible Euro commercial paper programmes.
- Advising German guarantors on the issuance of high-yield bonds under New York law.
- Advising Continental AG on the spin-off of Vitesco Technologies Group AG.
- Advising the issuers of senior bonds as well as the accompanying banks on tender offers for outstanding bonds.
