About Harriet Gaillard
Harriet is a Counsel in our London office.
Harriet advises on a wide range of employment issues, with a particular focus on contentious matters and sensitive investigations. She has advised on High Court (bonus-related claims including clawback) and high value claims in the Employment Tribunal, including whistleblowing, discrimination and group claims.
She has a particular interest in helping businesses understand how to implement cultural change. She regularly advises clients on what good culture looks like ‘on the ground’ and how they might adjust the frameworks within their business to achieve that.
She is also very experienced in all employment aspects of complex M&A transactions and in assisting clients with their employee collective consultation requirements, both in an M&A and a restructuring context.
