Brian is an associate ('Rechtsanwaltsanwärter') in our firm and focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration.
He advises on complex national and international arbitrations, including disputes arising from M&A transactions and joint ventures involving energy projects as well as engieneering and real estate matters. Brian has experience in comparative civil law and corporate law.

- Representing a banking consortium in an arbitration before the Permanent Tribunal of the Economic Chamber arising out of an SPA in the real estate sector.
- Representing an international leader in the energy sector in an arbitration before the Permanent Tribunal of the Economic Chamber in a dispute arising out of a trust relationship.
- Advising on complex arbitration law issues in matters relating to private foundations.
