Michael is a senior associate in our London intellectual property group, and advises on a range of transactional intellectual property, commercial law, technology and data privacy issues.
Michael joined the firm as a trainee in 2010 and qualified in 2012. He often advises on transactions and commercial ventures involving valuable content, data, technology and brands, particularly in the context of M&A, carve-outs and joint ventures. Michael has spent time on secondment with a number of our clients, including Tesco, Goldman Sachs International, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (Playstation).
