About Richard Dreßler

Richard is an Associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice group.

He advises on all aspects of European and German competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations and State aid. A major focus of his work is on the basic industries and the energy sector.

Richard speaks German, English and French.

Recent work

Advising Viterra Limited and its shareholders on the global merger control and foreign investment regulation aspects of its merger with Bunge Limited.

Advising Dortmunder Stadtwerke AG on the state aid aspects of the sale of its stake in the energy company STEAG GmbH to Asterion Industrial Partners.
