About Dr. Stephan Dorn
Stephan advises on all questions of German Patent Law and represents national and international clients before German courts.
Stephan’s primary focus is on technology-related cases, but he has experiences in pharma-related cases as well. Furthermore technology transfer and licensing work are part of his non-contentious work. Stephan further supports M&A transactions with regard to questions of IPRs, in particular patents, and licence agreements involved. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation of license agreements concerning standard essential patents.
He is fluent in English and German.
