Nils is a member of our global transactions group and advises on insolvency law and corporate restructuring as well as international M&A with a special focus on separations, spin offs and post-merger integrations.
Before his studies, Nils undertook an apprenticeship as a banker. He trained in Cologne with stages in New York as well as at the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). During his dissertation project, which deals with corporate insolvency / restructuring in England and Germany, he spent six months as a visiting researcher at the King’s College London.
