Jonas advises on German and EU regulatory law. He focuses on trade and foreign investment law, exports controls, environmental and product law as well as gambling law and anti-money laundering regulations, including litigation in these fields.
He deals with complex mandates in the infrastructure, energy and automotive sector that require a deep understanding of economic and political implications as well as innovative ideas. Jonas regularly advises investors and companies on public law in international M&A transactions and on issues of regulatory compliance.
Jonas is fluent in English and German.

Advising the German Federal Ministry of Transport in proceedings concerning the calculation of the toll for heavy goods vehicles before German and European courts.
