About Dr. Dennis Chinnow
Dennis advises corporations, investors and financial institutions on domestic and international finance and banking transactions.
Based in our Frankfurt office, he regularly advises large corporates on their debt financing needs, often in a transformation or stabilisation context and in relation to acquisitions.
In addition, his practice includes advising investors and lenders on the financing of real estate investments.
Dennis has been recognised by Handelsblatt Best Lawyers as "One to Watch" (Anwalt der Zukunft) for Banking and Finance Law.
He speaks German and English.

- Advising companies, commercial banks and KfW on numerous stabilisation and rescue financings in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, volatile gas and energy markets and the transition to a sustainable economy with an aggregate loan volume of more than €50bn
