About Sebastian Burow
Sebastian specialises in litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents national and international clients in complex legal disputes covering all areas of commercial and corporate law.
Sebastian focuses on advising and representing companies in appraisal proceedings in connection with structural measures under company law and in post-M&A disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience in defending clients against cartel damages claims.
Sebastian is a member of our Commercial Disputes Group. He speaks German, English and Italian.
