Jonathan is an associate in our London tax practice and advises corporates, financial institutions and investment funds across a variety of business sectors.
He advises on the tax aspects of a range of transactional and advisory matters, including private and public M&A transactions, financings and corporate restructurings.
Jonathan also advises on tax disputes and litigation.
