- Advising Tele Columbus AG, one of the leading operators of fibre networks in Germany, on its refinancing transaction including the amendment and extension at par of its c €1.1 billion senior financial debt by way of an English scheme of arrangement and a €300 million capital contribution from its largest indirect shareholder
- Advising Revlon in connection with the cross-border aspects of its Chapter 11 case
- Advising Four Seasons Healthcare in connection with its restructuring
- Advising Brighthouse, a large rent-to-own business, on its entry into administration
- Advising a group of term loan lenders in relation to the administration of Intu
- Advising Esken Limited, the London listed aviation and energy infrastructure group formerly known as Stobart Group Limited, on its £200 million refinancing transactions
