Darya represents clients in complex litigation matters spanning various industries, including technology, energy and consumer goods.
She focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, tech disputes and ESG-related claims. Darya also has extensive experience in data protection matters; both in representing clients in litigation and advising on compliance.
Before joining Freshfields, Darya worked at another large international firm and a tier one niche firm specialized in technology.
Darya is closely involved with a foundation that is dedicated to promoting D&I within the legal profession in the Netherlands (Stichting Lequal).
