Lou's recent work includes advising:

• IDEX, a key player in the local low-carbon energy market in France owned by Antin Infrastructure Partners, on a €1.712 billion senior secured SSL financing comprising a €1.137 billion term loan to refinance the debt of the group, a €500 million capex facility to finance new projects and a €75 million revolving credit facility
• Siaci Saint Honoré on the refinancing of its leveraged debt in the context of the merger between Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot, owned by Christian Burrus
• Sagemcom on negotiating the ESG provisions for its exisiting debt
• Universal Music Group NV on the setting up of its NEUCP debt issuance programme
• EDF on the financing aspects of its purchase from GE Stream Power of nuclear activities
• SFL on the conversion of all its outstanding corporate bonds into green bonds as part of an overall liability management process initiated by Colonial
• Ardian on the refinancing efinancing with ESG linked facilities arranged institutional investors of the TSE's financial indebtedness
• ABN Amro Bank NV on the reorganization of its banking activities in France

Lou is regularly involved in pro bono work, including most recently advising Gustave Roussy, the leading cancer center in Europen and one of the top 3 cancer centers in the world, and its leadership team on the implementation of the 2030 strategic plan including the building of a new research center in the Paris area, several innovative projects for the creation and funding of new companies dedicated to drug discovery, improvement of patient care, tech and IA.
