About Terence Ayres
Terence is a Senior Associate in our Leveraged Finance team and a member of our Global Transactions group in our London office. He has experience in acquisition finance, refinancings and restructurings, working with clients that include private equity funds, corporates, banks and other non-bank financial institutions and alternative capital providers across the credit spectrum.
During his time at Freshfields, Terence has undertaken a secondment to the firm's Singapore office.
