Claudia assists Italian and international clients in complex and high value litigations and arbitrations across a broad range of matters and sectors.
She has a strong background in, financial, banking and regulatory matters, contractual and corporate affairs, and complex white-collar criminal proceedings.
She also has a wide experience in proceedings aimed at challenging administrative sanctions imposed by Italian regulatory authorities.
During her time at Freshfields, Claudia has been on a six-month secondment to Barclays' litigation department in London.
