Herman is a corporate associate in our Global Transactions group, specialising in advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors across a range of sectors.
Herman trained at Freshfields and has spent time on secondment to EQT, Cinven and Freshfields’ New York office.

- Advising HBX Group on its IPO and listing on the Spanish stock exchanges, including on a complex pre-listing reorganisation of its corporate structure.
- Advising General Atlantic on its acquisition of an additional stake in Argus Media from its co-investor, Hg Capital.
- Advising Cinven on its acquisition of MBCC Group’s admixture business.
- Advising the British Asian Trust in the establishment of an ed-tech accelerator as part of its Back-to-School Outcomes Fund.
