Housing Development Finance Corporation on the issue of INR30bn synthetic fixed rate notes, the first issue of a ‘Masala’ bond by a corporate. We also advised on further Masala bond issuances – the placement of Synthetic INR5bn 7.00% Notes due 2020 and a public tap issue of Synthetic INR10bn 7.00% Notes due 2020.
Carlson Wagonlit Travel Inc on its $415m 6.75% senior secured notes due 2023, €330m, senior secured floating rate notes due 2023 and €250m 9.5% senior notes due 2024.

J.P.Morgan, ING and Rabobank as joint lead managers on a circa €700m Dutch residential mortgage-backed securitisation by Nationale-Nederlanden Bank (NN) issued by Hypenn RMBS III. We subsequently advised J.P.Morgan, ING and Rabobank again, as joint lead managers on a further circa €590m Dutch residential mortgage-backed securitisation by NN issued by Hypenn RMBS IV.
Euroports on its €450m multi-jurisdiction refinancing, including on the amendment and restatement of its €450m senior facilities agreement.
TPG on the €1.4bn refinancing and sale of P3 Group’s pan-European logistics park platform.
Blackstone and Center Parcs on the Class A note refinancing and integration of Woburn Village into the corporate secured debt platform (on which we originally advised RBS in 2012) and Brookfield and Center Parcs on the acquisition finance and refinancing of the Class B high yield notes.

SES S.A. on its €908.8m capital raise comprised of the issuance of fiduciary deposit receipts (“FDRs”) of the Company and a documented ABB through a shareholder subscription to existing shareholders, in conjunction with a contemporaneous hybrid securities offering.
Sonker Bunkering Company S.A.E on the development and financing of its proposed Bulk Liquids Terminal and FSRU terminal project at Sonker Port, Egypt, as well as advising a subsidiary of the project company in respect of a parallel project to construct a second jetty at Sonker Port for the servicing of the Bulk Liquids Terminal.
