Freshfields is advising ABB Ltd. in its acquisition of SEAM Group, a major provider of energized asset management and advisory services to clients across industrial and commercial building markets. The transaction was announced on February 16, 2024, and is subject to regulatory approvals, with closing expected in the third quarter of 2024.
