Training & rewards
Our two-year training contract is the most flexible in the City. Our aim is to help you find the area of the firm that best suits your individual abilities and interests.
During your two-year training contract you could rotate through seats in all of our practice groups – or you could arrive with a clear idea of where you wish to specialise and tailor your training appropriately.
To gain a better understanding of our clients’ needs and the range of work that we undertake, many of our trainees choose to spend time on secondment to a client or in one of our international offices.
Your development during the training contract is key to your future. It is also key to the future of the firm. And whichever practice areas or jurisdictions you work in, you’ll be learning from colleagues who are leaders in their field.
