Forthcoming open days

We will be offering a number of opportunities in 2010 to visit our offices and learn about the firm and its practice.

We hope to offer an insight into the kind of work we do and the culture of the firm. You will have the opportunity to learn how we work with clients and how law is applied in a commercial setting, and will get the chance to talk to partners, associates and trainees.

Each open day or workshop is aimed at a specific group. As the content is tailored to meet the needs of different applicants, please take care to apply for the correct day. Please do not apply before the dates specified below.

  • 5 and 6 January 2010 – Non-law two-day workshop. This workshop is designed to give potential non-law applicants an insight into commercial law.
The deadline for applications has now passed.
  • 7 April 2010 – First-year open day. This open day is designed to give first-year law students an insight into commercial law. Applications open on 2 January 2010 and close on 26 March 2010.
The deadline for applications has now passed.
  • 8 April 2010 – General open day. This open day is designed to give law students an insight into the firm. Applications for penultimate and final-year undergraduates and graduates open on 2 January 2010 and close on 26 March 2010.

To apply for one of our open days or workshops, please write a statement detailing your academic results from A Level (or equivalent) onwards, what interests you about commercial law and, specifically, what interests you about Freshfields.
