Deborah Dalgleish – Head of Diversity and inclusion
Deborah read law at Nottingham University and trained as a solicitor with Herbert Smith. She practised in the real estate department there for several years before moving on to undertake consultancy with a small but rapidly growing recruitment specialist in London. Between 1999 and 2009 she was the head of UK trainee recruitment. She has recently been appointed the firm's head of diversity and inclusion. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
