A partner since 2002, Matthias specialises in industrial property rights and IT. His substantial experience comes from advising a wide range of clients in benchmarking litigation cases as well as on numerous international deals.
His work tends to focus on licence agreements, especially for manufacturers of commodity goods, and on cases involving the industrial property rights and IT for the purchase of enterprises and initial public offerings.
