About
Diane is a member of the financial services regulatory practice, advising on various aspects of UK and European regulation ranging from the establishment, licensing and passporting of European financial institutions to compliance with on-going conduct of business and supervisory requirements. Diane advises clients on various aspects relating to the provision of prime brokerage and custody services.
Diane is also our country associate for South Africa.
Career to date
Prior to joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Diane was a partner at a leading South African law firm and held the position of Legal Counsel to the South African Chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA).
