He has worked in the financial, energy, water and environmental sectors for many years and has advised banks, national and international companies and governments.
He likes developing workable solutions in complex cases that require commercial understanding, deep knowledge of regulatory law and experience in the public, political and government sector.
He also lectures and has written several articles on privatisation, planning and environmental issues.

Qualifications and education
Benedikt studied history, politics and law at the universities of Freiburg, Munich and Oxford and received a master’s degree in Arts and doctor of laws.
