The significant drop in property values, downturn in the economy and recent turbulence in world finance has presented particular challenges for the real estate sector. We are assisting our investor and occupier clients to deal with these challenges, including conducting reviews of real estate assets and liabilities, compliance with banking covenants and assisting in their contingency planning. We are also advising opportunity funds in relation to the acquisition of stressed and distressed assets.
