IP/IT transactional and advisory work

Our IP/IT team regularly advises on some of the most complex and international IP/IT issues in a wide range of transactional matters, including M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

Our lawyers are used to being party of a full service corporate transaction team, both domestically and internationally. As part of these teams, our lawyers deal with IP/IT related due diligence on target companies and draft and advise on IP/IT agreements.

We also regularly work on finance transactions where IP is the key underlying asset, such as tax arbitrage deals, securitisations and monetisations, as well as tax-driven IP restructurings.
