Massimo Benedettelli is a partner and has been involved in international and domestic arbitrations both as party's counsel and as party-appointed arbitrator in proceedings governed by the ICC rules, the rules of arbitration of the Milan Arbitration Chamber and by ad hoc rules.
He is a full professor of public and private international law at the University of Bari and is the author of various essays in the fields of conflicts of law, EU law, arbitration law and public international law.
Massimo graduated from the University of Bari (JD), the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Philadelphia (LLM) and the European University Institute, Florence (PhD). He speaks Italian, English and French.
