Frank Montag is a partner with an extensive EU and public international law practice, focusing on international trade. He has represented numerous exporters from Latin America, south-east Asia and eastern Europe in anti-dumping proceedings before the European Commission.

Frank is currently advising a Latin American government on its trade negotiations with the EU and has acted for the Federal Republic of Germany since 1986 on a variety of matters as well as for the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein before the EFTA Court of Justice.

Frank has lectured and published widely in public international law and EU law and was assistant professor at the Institute of Public International Law at the University of Bonn. He speaks German, English and French.
