  • a German/US joint venture on the customs concessions of a WTO-member and the most-favoured-nation-principle;
  • a multinational tobacco company on the WTO-Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade and TRIPs;
  • a French insurance company before the European Court of Justice in a dispute relating to the TIR-Convention; and
  • the drafting of a new Chinese procurement law.
