Klaus is a partner focusing on corporate and general commercial law issues and has broad experience of international litigation. Klaus has advised many industrial clients and insurance companies in product liability defence work, damage control and risk management.
Klaus was an assistant professor at the University of Cologne, before joining the firm in 1991. He has lectured at several conferences on international litigation.
