Andrew is an associate specialising in product liability, product safety and risk management work across a variety of industry sectors.
His recent experience includes advising on product safety and recall issues arising from defective components in consumer and electrical products; a mobile phone services provider on the product liability implications of its product branding strategy; on rail safety engineering; and a multinational beverages manufacturer faced with criminal investigation by the UK trading standards office.
In addition to being qualified to practise in England and Wales, Andrew has a Masters’ degree in modern European languages. He has particular expertise in product safety and liability law at an EU level.
