Elie is a partner whose practice covers both arbitration and litigation. Elie has advised numerous corporate clients in risk management, damage control and product liability defence work. Elie has recently represented a client at a public inquiry relating to alleged non-compliance with health and safety issues, co-ordinated the defence strategy for various clients to a series of product liability claims and advised on product liability and product safety over the marketing of consumer goods in France.
Elie is a foreign legal consultant in New York. He has given presentations at numerous conferences on civil litigation, crisis management, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He is the author of Civil Discovery and Injunctive Relief in France (New York State Bar Publication, 1999), among other publications.
