Fabrizio is the managing partner of our Rome office. He specialises in regulatory issues and litigation for clients in the utility, chemical, environmental and other industries. Fabrizio has advised various clients on product liability issues, including representing clients before the Court of Naples, the Court of Salerno and the Court of Lucca over allegedly harmful products, and has advised numerous clients on warranty claims concerning allegedly defective products.
Fabrizio was the co-founder of Italy's Legal Centre for the Protection of the Environment. He has co-authored a number of publications and lectured extensively at institutions such as IBC, ITA, Repubblica Convegni and Milano Finanza Convegni.
