Jonathan is a partner with extensive experience in multi-party 'toxic tort' and product liability work. His recent work includes defending personal injury claims allegedly caused by defective products and toxic substances and defending numerous contamination, nuisance and occupational product liability claims in civil and regulatory proceedings.
He has published numerous articles on issues involving personal injuries and co-authored the chapter on environmental insurance in the Insurance Disputes textbook.
