Peter is a partner specialising in product liability and intellectual property law. He also has broad litigation experience in both national and international disputes. Peter has advised and represented many multinational companies involved in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology and information technology.
Peter has lectured extensively in the fields of product liability, industrial and intellectual property and litigation strategy. He has been nominated by the Dutch government as a specialised substitute judge at the High Court of Arnhem for industrial and intellectual property affairs. Peter is the author of numerous publications regarding litigation strategy.
