Thomas is a partner in, and a member of the Vienna Dispute Resolution Group, specialising in the conduct of law suits before domestic courts in disputes involving company, commercial and product liability law. Thomas' product liability work includes advising and representing major manufacturers on consumer claims for allegedly defective products.
Thomas has lectured at several conferences on dispute resolution.
