Thomas is a partner practising national and international commercial litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on product liability. Thomas regularly assists corporate clients in product recall actions and his work also includes non-litigious matters relating to product liability issues, for example drafting purchase and supply agreements and advising clients on risk and quality management.
Thomas is the author of several articles and publications on product liability law, including the Product Liability chapter in the well-known textbook Business Transactions in Germany. He also frequently lectures and chairs conferences in the field of product safety and liability.
