Vicente is a partner and head of the Spanish dispute resolution practice. He has considerable experience in product liability matters, including co-ordinating the defence for a major international tobacco manufacturer and advising on product liability issues relating to defective domestic appliances.
Vicente is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. Before joining the firm in 1998, Vicente was a partner at the Spanish law firm Hervada & Klingenberg, where he handled domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration matters for domestic and international clients.
